Full Job Description
PURPOSE OF THE JOB

We are seeking a strategic Talent Acquisition Lead to serve as the primary recruitment partner for our Roofing and Insulation businesses. This role will lead and direct all salaried recruiting activity, manage a team of 2-3 recruiters, and drive a talent acquisition strategy that is aligned with business goals and rooted in Inclusion and Diversity. The ideal candidate will bring data driven insights, external best practices, a continuous improvement mindset, and a passion for building diverse and high-performing teams. This key member of the Talent Acquisition leadership should be committed to delivering exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience.

Reports to: Director of Talent Acquisition

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the lead recruiting partner for the business, aligning talent acquisition strategies with workforce plans and business objectives.
  • Manage, coach, and develop a team of 4+ recruiters to deliver high-quality, inclusive hiring outcomes and exceptional candidate experiences.
  • Oversee all salaried recruiting activity for the business, ensuring timely, effective, and equitable hiring practices.
  • Manage recruitment for Director and Leader hiring both internally and externally for the business.
  • Champion diversity hiring initiatives by embedding inclusive sourcing strategies, mitigating bias in selection processes, and tracking progress against DEI goals.
  • Builds proactive, diverse candidate pipelines in partnership with I&D, Early Career and external partnerships.
  • Build strong relationships with business leaders to understand talent needs and provide consultative support throughout the hiring lifecycle.
  • Provide external benchmarks, market data, and best practices to inform recruiting strategies and elevate talent outcomes.
  • Identify and implement enhancements to recruiting processes, tools, and metrics to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and inclusivity.
  • Partner closely with HR Business Partners to deliver an integrated talent acquisition strategy that supports broader talent and organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with Total Rewards on a comprehensive compensation and benefits strategy for open positions to ensure we are competitive in the marketplace.

JOB REQUIREMENTSMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 5-8 years of progressive experience in strategic talent acquisition, including experience as a business-facing recruiting partner in a highly matrixed organization.
  • At least three years of experience in full cycle recruitment for executive positions.
  • Demonstrated commitment to collaborating with our extended HR partners, business stakeholders while focused on exceptional customer service to internal business stakeholders and a candidate-centric approach, ensuring a seamless, engaging, and inclusive experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing talent acquisition strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Strong ability to leverage data and market insights to drive decisions and improve outcomes.
