The Job
As a Talent Acquisition Business Partner on the Talent Acquisition team you will partner closely with the business and cross functional partners to identify, evaluate and hire top talent that aligns with our organizational goals. Manage full-cycle recruitment for roles such as enterprise operational, corporate, and technology positions, including intake, sourcing, assessment, offer negotiation, and onboarding.

Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to identify and engage passive and active candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, talent pipelines, and market research.

Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a high-quality experience through consistent communication, interview preparation, and timely follow-up.
