Valiant is looking for an experienced, highly skilled Senior Military Analyst to join our professional team at Schofield Barracks, Hawaii providing support to the JPMRC support operations contract.
Job Description
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:The Tactical Analysis Facility Senior Military Analyst will provide the necessary technical and tactical expertise across all Army Warfighting Functions (WfF) to support:
- JPMRC Exercise planning and execution
- Data collection in support of After Action Reviews (AAR) and Take-Home Packages (THP)
- Teaching/coaching/mentoring JPMRC rotational units and staffs
- JPMRC Strategic Planning
Minimum Job Requirements:- Four years relevant training experience within the past ten years
- Demonstrated operator level experience in Army MCS
- Demonstrated experience in distributed simulations
- Demonstrated familiarity with Army and Joint doctrine and operations
- Experience with the integration of feedback from MCS CTC-IS systems, and LVC-G exercises, and direct feedback from OC/Ts
- A minimum of five years supervising operational analysis
- A minimum of five years' experience supervising the construction of of Platoon, Company, Task Force, and Brigade AARs
- MEL 4 required
- Bachelors' degree
- Proficient in the use of MS Office products
- Possess a Secret Security Clearance
