Responsibilities & QualificationsWe are seeking Systems Integrator - CMCS SME for the COMSEC IT Services contract.
The Systems Integrator - CMCS SME will provide senior technical support for integration, modernization, sustainment, and interoperability of COMSEC software, database, and accountability systems. The role will support CMCS and related applications and interfaces used to manage COMSEC operations.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience
9+ years of software, database, or similar experience.
CMCS subject-matter expertise.
Experience with NIST 800-53.
Experience with security control lifecycles.
Demonstrated experience supporting government agencies, customers, or contracts within federal environments. This includes the Intelligence Community (IC), Department of Defense (DoD), Federal Civil agencies, and military organizations. Prior experience supporting the same or similar contract, with an in-depth understanding of the customer environment, requirements, and operational landscape, is highly desirable.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience with COMSEC accountability systems.
Experience with CARDS, iApp, CMCS, or similar controlled-accountability systems.
Experience modernizing legacy applications and databases.
Federal or national-security system integration experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Serve as a senior subject-matter expert for CMCS.
Integrate COMSEC applications, databases, interfaces, and supporting infrastructure.
Support software and database modernization efforts.
Analyze application interfaces, data flows, dependencies, and integration requirements.
Support design, testing, deployment, migration, implementation, and sustainment.
Troubleshoot complex software/database integration problems.
Coordinate activities across developers, database specialists, systems engineers, cybersecurity personnel, and operations teams.
Ensure system integration activities align with applicable NIST and security-control requirements.
Support technical documentation and configuration management.
Assist with modernization of legacy COMSEC systems and accountability capabilities.
Support technical reviews and change-control activities.

WAGE INFORMATION
Target salary range: $170,000 - $215,000. The salary range displayed is an estimate and will be determined on several factors regarding the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies and experience, as well as contract parameters and organizational requirements. The displayed salary is one component of the total compensation package for employees.
