Responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions. Oversees the synthesis of customer contractual needs and requirements into system test solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule and cost constraints. Directs the following activities: establishing functional and technical specifications and standards, solving hardware/software interface problems, defining input/output parameters, and ensuring integration of the entire system or subsystem. Manages the development and directs preparation and execution of comprehensive test plans, procedures and schedules for complete systems and/or subsystems. Coordinates subsystem and/or system testing activities with programs and other organizations.
Lockheed Martin Space in Courtland, AL is seeking an experienced full-time Systems Integration & Test Engineer Associate Manager for the Production Operations organization. This position will support a new IRAD program as the Production Test Manager.
Basic Qualifications- BS in Engineering/ Aerospace Engineering or related discipline from an accredited college
- Experience in Space Vehicle/Missile Integration and Test including Electrical, Mechanical, Ordnance, and Environmental.
- Expereince Leading a Team though Testing
- Experience in Test Plan development and spacecraft/missile operations and test.
- Must have an Active Secret security clearance
Desired Skills- Experience in System Level Testing.
- Experience in a Production Environment
- Experience with JIRA/Confluence, DOORS, Cameo, and Microsoft Suite 365.
- Possess strong, demonstrated leadership and the ability to work with personnel from diverse backgrounds and disciplines both internal and external to the organization.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to understand a complex issue and recommend/take corrective action.
- Experience in communicating and briefing program management.
- Test Engineer and/or Certified Test Conductor
- Willing to work overtime supporting off shifts and weekends in a 24/7 operations environment
Pay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $104900.00 - $194700.00
