  • Develop systems integration documentation, including interface requirements, Interface Control Documents (ICDs), data flows, and communication boundaries.
  • Translate complex technical data into clear, concise, and accurate documentation for Government audiences.
  • Author, review, and maintain technical reports, manuals, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and Technical Data Packages (TDPs).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional engineers and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to capture technical details, document engineering decisions, and justify recommendations.
  • Review all technical manuals, training materials, and documentation for accuracy, grammar, formatting, and usability.
  • Support test planning, execution, and data review for lab, field, and system-level testing.
  • Document troubleshooting results, deficiency reports, test findings, corrective actions, and lessons learned.
  • Generate comprehensive post-test documentation and engineering judgment inputs.
  • Assist with maintaining TDPs, including technical drawings, specifications, repair standards, and ECPs.
  • Maintain organized, version-controlled documentation libraries and technical records.
  • Support Configuration Management (CM) by tracking changes and ensuring documentation matches current system baselines.
  • Coordinate deliverables with test, logistics, quality, cybersecurity, and program management teams.
  • Prepare and deliver technical briefings and presentations for program, design, and test reviews.
  • Ensure all work products are marked, handled, and stored in strict accordance with CUI, OPSEC, and security guidelines.
