Description
A new enterprise capability lives on a steady stream of technology decisions, and each one needs real analysis behind it before leadership commits. The Red Gate Group is seeking a Systems Engineer to support a Department of Defense intelligence customer, researching, assessing, and guiding technology solutions and system configurations for a newly established joint program office. You will research, identify, and assess promising technology solutions and guide the development and refinement of system configurations and system interfaces.
You will analyze alternatives and cost benefit tradeoffs, support the development of investment justification and decision context for leadership, and provide consultation on the integration and migration of system components. You will also assist in the planning, coordination, and implementation of testing and the analysis of test results.
You Have
• 8+ years of systems engineering experience, including recent experience within the last 2 years. This experience requirement is firm and cannot be met through education or certifications.
• Master's degree in a related field, or one of the following in its place: an Associate's degree in a related field and 4 additional years of relevant experience, a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 2 additional years of relevant experience, or 6 additional years of relevant experience. The additional years used in place of the degree are on top of the 8 year experience requirement above, not counted within it.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with a current CI polygraph
