The AMMM/F-16 Reliability & Maintainability (R&M) organization is seeking a
Level 2 - Systems Engineer to support the R&M Analysis & Integration team. Based primarily in
Marietta, Georgia, this role provides technical support and integration across R&M disciplines, engineering teams, program organizations, and functional stakeholders.
Responsibilities may span Earned Value (EV) and Control Account Management (CAM); R&M proposals and Basis of Estimate (BOE) development; FRACAS data management and analysis; aircraft readiness analytics; Logistics Support Analysis (LSA); and task coordination using ServiceFLO. The engineer will use Tableau, SAS, Excel, ServiceFLO, and engineering/logistics databases to analyze data, develop metrics and dashboards, coordinate tasks and deliverables, improve processes and data quality, and support workforce planning and program execution.
The successful candidate will execute assignments of moderate scope and complexity, apply engineering concepts and established methods to develop practical solutions, take ownership of assigned activities, and identify and communicate issues. The candidate will collaborate across teams and functional organizations to resolve problems and support successful execution, with work periodically reviewed for technical judgment, accuracy, and quality.
Basic QualificationsBachelor's degree from an accredited university
Experience in Reliability & Maintainability (R&M), systems engineering, engineering analysis, logistics/supportability analysis, project management, or related industry activities
Experience with data analysis, data management, technical metrics and reporting, and applying engineering processes, workflows, analytical methods, or structured problem-solving techniques
Experience working collaboratively within engineering, program, or cross-functional teams
Desired Skills- Experience with Reliability & Maintainability (R&M) engineering, aircraft readiness, reliability, maintainability, or sustainment analysis in aerospace, defense, or other complex engineering programs
- Experience with FRACAS and/or Logistics Support Analysis (LSA) activities, including data management, analysis, reporting, LCN development, or familiarity with applicable R&M and supportability standards such as GEIA-STD-0007 and S1000D
- Experience working with engineering, reliability, logistics, or readiness datasets and developing dashboards, metrics, reports, or visualizations using Tableau, SAS, Excel, or similar data analysis and visualization tools
- Experience performing or supporting Control Account Management (CAM), applying Earned Value Management (EVM) principles, and/or supporting R&M proposals or developing Basis of Estimate (BOE) inputs
- Experience supporting process automation, data-quality improvements, or improvements to engineering analysis and reporting methods
- Experience using workflow, task-management, or engineering coordination tools such as ServiceFLO to support technical activities and deliverables
Pay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $70500.00 - $130900.00

- Annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs may be offered depending on the position. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and can vary from year to year and are tied to a range of performance metrics.
- For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
