Full Job Description
In need of an onsite Developer/System Engineer to support the Program Management Office (PMO) operation at an existing Federal client. The position you to work closely with the team to support the goals of the program.

Key responsibilities include the following:
• Provide technical expertise for the independent assessment of application and system architecture.
• Establish data repository guidelines and rules.
• Assist in helping government stakeholders establish consistent and functional, function, application and system architecture that is consistent with service oriented architecture (SOA) best practices regardless of technology stack.
• Improves operations by conducting systems analysis; recommending changes in policies and procedures.
• Determines operational feasibility by evaluating analysis, problem definition, requirements, solution development, and proposed solutions.

Basic Qualifications:
• Software development skills
• Fundamental familiarity with and ability to discuss development activities
• This position requires the candidate to be professional, self-motivated, and engage with government stakeholders in a professional manner.
• Strong oral and written communication methods and techniques.
• Ability to actively participate in business meetings with government stakeholders and provide recommendations on IT issues and solutions.

Security Clearance:
• Must have an active US Government Top Secret Clearance

W-2 employees are preferred, but we will also consider 1099 or C2C.
