.Position Responsibilities:Support our federal law enforcement client:
- Configure VMware servers and install Windows OS on VMware servers.
- Troubleshoot Windows Server issues
- Maintain current patch levels on server and client systems
- Image and deploy windows 11 workstations
- Troubleshoot user hardware and connection issues remotely via phone.
- Maintain inventory and accountability for equipment
- Work with vendors to support various hardware products
- Install printers and various parochial
Qualifications- Must be a US Citizen
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check
- Active Secret Clearance
- Must be able to obtain/maintain an Agency Clearance
- Bachelor Degree
- Three years' experience related to the required tasks
