Full Job Description
The Design Integrity leader is responsible for supporting and coordinating business systems, processes, and cross-functional issue resolution rather than performing traditional CAD or drafting work. This role serves as a key point of contact for understanding how systems operate, identifying the right teams or stakeholders to engage when issues arise, and helping ensure efficient resolution of system-related challenges. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of operational workflows, system dependencies, and organizational processes. They are skilled at troubleshooting, communicating across teams, and navigating complex issues by connecting the right people, resources, and information. This position requires someone who is organized, collaborative, and comfortable working across functions to improve system performance and business continuity. What you will do: • Serve as a knowledgeable resource for business systems, tools, and related processes • Identify, assess, and help coordinate resolution of system or process issues • Engage the appropriate teams, subject matter experts, or stakeholders based on the nature of the issue • Track issues through resolution and help ensure timely follow-up • Document system workflows, support processes, and escalation paths • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve system effectiveness and user support • Help identify recurring problems and recommend process or system improvements • Audit project work • Create and maintain drawing standards • Design review for manufacturability What you will bring: • Associate's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Design (or related discipline) and at least 4-years of relevant designer or IT work experience is required.
