The Opportunity:
We are looking for a highly motivated Systems Engineer who thrives on tackling complex challenges, integrating diverse systems, and designing intelligent, software-enabled solutions to enhance mission outcomes. This role calls for someone who combines strategic thinking with tactical execution, able to transform evolving operational requirements into scalable and maintainable technical solutions.
The ideal candidate is adaptable in dynamic mission environments, values collaboration across technical and operational teams, and appreciates how individual contributions impact larger organizational goals. This position supports sensitive national security programs and requires an active Top Secret security clearance. Preference will be given to candidates already holding a CI Polygraph, but those eligible and willing to obtain one are encouraged to apply.

There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
