Surgical Technologist I - Surgery Department

Technologists who specialize in the operating room, assisting the surgeons as scrub techs. Their duties may also include functioning as a Unit Support Technician and in the OR core.

Effective 9/30/2024, pay range for this position was updated to be $30.91 to $50.03 per hour.

Required Education/Experience:

- Graduation from a Surgical Technologist Program OR applicable military surgical technologist course of study.

Required Credentials:

- Current Washington state registration as a surgical technologist.

- BLS for Healthcare Providers.

Preferred:

- Minimum one year of current operating room tech experience.

Compensation Range
$37.13 - $60.10 per hour

This compensation range was calculated based on full-time employment (2080 hours worked per calendar year). Offers are determined by multiple factors including equity, skills, experience, and expertise, and may vary within the range provided.
