ResponsibilitiesWhat You'll Do- Lead as First Assist: Serve as the primary surgical first assist, providing critical hands-on support throughout procedures.
- Set the Stage Pre-Op: Confirm cases, meet patients, walk them through procedures, gather documentation, and coordinate closely with OR staff.
- Deliver in the OR: Support patient positioning, maintain a sterile field, anticipate the surgeon's next move, and work in sync with the surgical team.
- Follow Through Post-Op: Assist with patient transfer, deliver thorough PACU handoffs, and complete documentation with precision.
- Help Us Get Better: Contribute to clinical and operational initiatives - education, training, and process improvement.
- Keep Growing: Bring a willingness to learn new surgical specialties and expand your skill set.
QualificationsWhat You BringExperience:- At least 2 years of surgical assisting experience
- Hands-on experience assisting in Ortho, Spine, General, GYN, and Robotics
- Spine experience is a plus
Education & Credentials:- Strong technical skills in the operating room
- Graduate of an Accredited program- PA/NP/CSFA
- Ability to acquire MN state license

Physical Requirements: Able to perform all essential duties with or without accommodation, including:
