Job Summary:
Serves as the hospital's operational supply chain leader by ensuring , operational continuity. Drives high-level negotiations for medical supplies, capital equipment, and service agreements, consistently delivering measurable cost savings, optimized contract performance, and resilient supplier partnerships within budgetary and timeline constraints.
The Hospital Supply Chain Supervisor is responsible for developing and managing supply chain strategies that ensure the availability of critical products and services while controlling costs, improving operational efficiency, and maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations. This role partners with clinical, finance, operations, procurement, vendors, and executive leadership to optimize purchasing, inventory, distribution, and supplier performance.
Education:
Position requires a bachelor's degree and minimum 5 years' experience in supply chain management or related area.
Registration/Certification/Licensure:
Unexpired, unsuspended driver's license if incumbent may drive as part of his/her routine job duties.
