Job Description:

Parsons is seeking a Support Operations Manager to join our Owner’s Advisor team supporting the Medical Enlisted Training Campus (METC) Recapitalization Program at Joint Base San Antonio–Fort Sam Houston. This mission-critical initiative will deliver five modern dormitory facilities for up to 6,000 joint-service medical students and the associated infrastructure.

 

Working alongside government leaders, military stakeholders, designers, and contractors, you will help manage risk, protect the government’s interests, and support the successful delivery of a high-profile Progressive Design-Build program. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a landmark campus, advance innovative delivery methods, and help shape the future of large-scale Air Force infrastructure programs.


What You'll Be Doing:

  • Lead the support functions that keep the Owner Advisor team organized, auditable, and ready to scale.
  • Manage contracts support, document control, reporting coordination, and PMIS integration while supporting program staffing and business operations.
  • Supervise support staff and establish consistent procedures, service expectations, and escalation routes.
  • Coordinate staffing plans, onboarding, access-request routing, training compliance, travel, and administrative continuity.
  • Maintain the deliverable calendar and coordinate verified inputs for client reports, invoices, and program reviews.
  • Oversee document governance, PMIS workflows, reporting quality, and data stewardship with technical leads.
  • Coordinate commercial records and subcontractor support with authorized corporate procurement/contracts personnel.
  • Own Playbook assembly, version control, lessons capture, training logistics, and orderly records handoff.
