Full Job Description
  • Serve as the engineer in training to become a Key Account Manager.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with mill leadership, operations teams, maintenance personnel, and procurement stakeholders.
  • Provide technical expertise and support related to papermaking processes, wet-end chemistry, retention and drainage programs, process water systems, and production optimization.
  • Help KAM identify opportunities to expand chemical programs and increase share of wallet within existing accounts.
  • Conduct routine plant visits, system audits, and performance evaluations.
  • Deliver value-based recommendations that improve machine efficiency, sheet quality, production rates, and operating costs.
  • Help KAM to lead quarterly business reviews and present performance metrics to customers.
  • Partner with internal technical specialists and laboratory resources to implement customer solutions.
  • Achieve revenue, profitability, and customer retention objectives.

The expected compensation range for this position is between $70,250.00 and $103,026.00 plus discretionary bonuses. The exact compensation may vary based on your skills, experience and other factors permitted by law.
