About the JobThe Supply Chain Manager is responsible for management of Supply Chain activities associated with all North America Gen Med External Manufacturing activities.
About YouBasic Qualifications- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical Supply Chain manufacturing OR packaging across various dosage forms, including sterile products, medical devices (electronics and molding), biotechnology or technical project management.
Preferred Qualifications- Multi-faceted industry experience in Supply Chain planning and operations
- Exposure to Lean methodologies
- Proficiency in core system functionality (SAP and Kinaxis)
- Experience in end-to-end business processes, including Master Data Management, Material Planning, and Supply Planning
- Strong collaboration, influencing, and motivational skills
Main responsibilities:Supply & Inventory Management:
- Ensure continuous product supply from North American subcontractors while optimizing inventory levels.
- Establish production plans, issue orders to suppliers, and ensure timely delivery.
- Resolve production challenges including prioritization and scheduling issues.
CMO Relationship Management:
- Manage Contract Manufacturing Organization (CMO) costs and overall relationships.
- Conduct Quality Business Reviews and monthly inventory reconciliations.
- Oversee contract, relationship, and financial performance management in collaboration with Procurement.
- Resolve and settle contractual issues in conjunction with Global Purchasing representatives.
Strategic Planning & Project Leadership:
- Plan and direct all Supply Chain activities for CMOs, applicable Sanofi Industrial sites, and Country Affiliates for North American and Rest of World (ROW) commercial products.
- Lead and support projects for the General Medicines External Manufacturing North America Portfolio.
- For new product launches, manage all Supply Chain activities to ensure manufacturing capability and support product growth.
Performance & Financial Oversight:
- Accountable for reporting Supply Chain KPIs.
- Support Global Purchasing representatives in negotiating new or renewed supplier contracts.
- Assist in managing Profit & Loss, project budgets, and expenses for externally produced products.

The salary range for this position is:
$81.375,00 - $117.541,66
