THE OPPORTUNITYWe are looking for a Supply Chain Finance Manager to join our Finance team. Reporting to the Sr FP&A Director, this role will serve as Finance's lead business partner to Murad's end-to- end supply chain, owning the financial agenda for COGS savings, inventory, and innovation, turning operational choices into measurable gross margin and cash outcomes.

WHAT YOU'LL DO- COGS Savings & Gross Margin value creation
- Lead the annual COGS savings program by building the pipeline, validating business cases, and tracking delivery against budget.
- Drive inventory forecasting, target setting, and the financial trade-offs of S&OP decisions, flagging excess, slow-moving, and expiry risk early to drive liquidation or reuse decisions.
- Act as the Finance lead in the innovation stage-gate process, owning product P&L target COGS, gross margin hurdles, and modelling launch economics.
- Own supply chain KPIs and dashboards (including COGS per unit, savings delivery, inventory health, service, and logistics cost) utilizing Power BI as the primary platform.
- Lead supply chain inputs into budget, rolling forecasts, and strategic plans, including the FY2027 cycle, ensuring forecasted reserves align with actuals.
- Partner cross-functionally with Procurement, Supply Chain, Demand Planning, R&D, Marketing, ODM partners, and FP&A
WHAT YOU'LL BRING- 5-7+ years in supply chain finance, operations finance, or FP&A experience
- Strong grasp of standard costing, variance analysis, inventory drivers, and product P&L economics
- Advanced Excel and financial modelling; Power BI strongly preferred; Oracle or similar ERP
- Bachelors in Finance or Accounting; CPA, CMA, or MBA a plus

COMPENSATION & BENEFITSThe anticipated base salary range for this position is $120,000-$140,000. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, skills, qualifications and location.
This position is also eligible for [annual bonus / incentive opportunity, if applicable], along with Murad's comprehensive benefits package.
