Essential Job Functions- Design and optimize end-to-end supply chain solutions to improve operational efficiency, service, cost, and customer outcomes.
- Analyze freight flows, lane density, carrier utilization, and shipment patterns to identify optimization opportunities.
- Develop continuous move, backhaul, pool distribution, consolidation, and network engineering strategies.
- Support transportation procurement initiatives through network modeling and scenario analysis.
- Evaluate mode optimization opportunities across truckload, LTL, intermodal, parcel, and dedicated transportation.
- Develop enterprise-wide KPIs supporting Operations, Carrier Management, Procurement, Sales, Finance, and Executive Leadership.
- Build automated reporting solutions to provide real-time visibility into operational performance.
- Create predictive and descriptive analytics supporting strategic decision[1]
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives by identifying operational opportunities, implementing process enhancements, and measuring business performance.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Carrier Management, Procurement, Sales, Engineering, Finance, and Technology to develop and implement enterprise supply chain solutions.
Other Skills & Abilities- Advanced SQL and Excel skills, familiarity with statistics or other analytical techniques
- Knowledge of visualizations tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Qlik or other BI tools.

Education & Experience- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of relevant professional experience as a Supply Chain Analyst, Data Analyst, or Supply Chain Engineer
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment
Experience in data mining (SQL, ETL, data warehouse, etc.) and using databases in a business environment with large-scale, complex datasets
