Full Job Description
Essential Job Functions

  • Design and optimize end-to-end supply chain solutions to improve operational efficiency, service, cost, and customer outcomes.
  • Analyze freight flows, lane density, carrier utilization, and shipment patterns to identify optimization opportunities.
  • Develop continuous move, backhaul, pool distribution, consolidation, and network engineering strategies.
  • Support transportation procurement initiatives through network modeling and scenario analysis.
  • Evaluate mode optimization opportunities across truckload, LTL, intermodal, parcel, and dedicated transportation.
  • Develop enterprise-wide KPIs supporting Operations, Carrier Management, Procurement, Sales, Finance, and Executive Leadership.
  • Build automated reporting solutions to provide real-time visibility into operational performance.
  • Create predictive and descriptive analytics supporting strategic decision[1]
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives by identifying operational opportunities, implementing process enhancements, and measuring business performance.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Carrier Management, Procurement, Sales, Engineering, Finance, and Technology to develop and implement enterprise supply chain solutions.


Other Skills & Abilities

  • Advanced SQL and Excel skills, familiarity with statistics or other analytical techniques
  • Knowledge of visualizations tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Qlik or other BI tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High degree of client service focus and strong communication skills
  • Strong troubleshooting, problem solving and conceptualization skills
  • Strong communication skills with demonstrated ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical team members

Physical Requirements

  • Talking, hearing and using hands to operate computer equipment

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of relevant professional experience as a Supply Chain Analyst, Data Analyst, or Supply Chain Engineer
  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment


Experience in data mining (SQL, ETL, data warehouse, etc.) and using databases in a business environment with large-scale, complex datasets
