Full Job Description

Estimated annual base pay: $75,000(minimum) - $97,000(midpoint) - $120,000(maximum)

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supplier Performance Evaluation: Conduct regular assessments of supplier quality metrics to ensure adherence to established standards and contractual requirements.
  • Root Cause Analysis: Identify and analyze complex quality issues, determining root causes and developing effective corrective and preventive actions.
  • Continuous Improvement Leadership: Lead small-scale improvement projects focused on enhancing supplier processes and product quality through the implementation of best practices.
  • Cross Functional Collaboration: Work closely with procurement, engineering, and production teams to align supplier quality objectives with overall business goals.
  • Quality Documentation and Reporting: Develop and maintain comprehensive quality reports and documentation to track supplier performance and support informed decision-making.

Successful Candidates Typically Have:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum 3-5 year's relevant experience preferred
  • ASQ certification preferred
  • SAP experience preferred
