Full Job Description
Hyve Solutions is looking for a detail-oriented, hands-on, results-driven individual with proven communication skills and a strong work ethic to work in a challenging, fast-paced, energetic environment providing operational and scheduling solutions to address customer deliverables, with responsibilities that include consulting with Manufacturing and customer teams; leveraging internal groups including production, engineering and program management staff to optimize on-time manufacturing deliverables.

Responsibilities:
  • Establish, monitor, and own the build plan of a large volume production facility.
  • Develop, maintain, and reconcile the Master Production Schedule (MPS) to customer demand (PO) and on-time delivery targets.
  • Adhere to 100% on-time delivery goals and escalate issues meeting schedule as needed.
  • Validate work order integrity before release for production, reviewing BOMs with or without additional support.
  • Forecast capacity and labor requirements based on customer demand.
  • Partner with multiple departments, warehouse, supply chain, engineering, program management, sales, and manufacturing operations to ensure material readiness, capacity availability, and schedule alignment.
  • Responsible for all materials for production from release to purge.
  • Adhere to WIP inventory metrics and adhere to monthly goals.
  • Identify bottlenecks and recommend corrective actions to resolve issues.
  • Communicate risks, schedule impacts, and mitigation strategies to stakeholders.
  • Develop and document standard work procedures for planning processes.
  • Support training efforts and be a subject matter expert in production planning processes and tools.
  • Maintain the workcell's capacity planning model, drive resolution on uneven capacity utilization that keeps Hyve focused on the customer but efficiently utilizing manufacturing resources.
  • Meet daily with the Workcell and manufacturing team to assess production schedule, (adjust as necessary based on production results) optimize run quantities and minimize change over to help achieve 100% on time delivery.
  • Be the workcell's expert on all planning activities by supporting the production planner goal of never starting to build products without having a valid PO or customer written approval.
  • Lead the review of Bills of Materials discuss and routing that allows accurate tracking of WIP assemblies and accurate inventory movement transactions.
  • Familiar with Hyve purga process for internal Workcell purges.
  • Working with key team members for resolution on blocking issues (e.g., test issues to Test Eng)
  • Adhere to all safety and health rules and regulations associated with the position and as directed by supervisor.
  • Comply and follow all procedures within the company security policy.


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, analytics, engineering or related field. Industrial Engineering degree preferred. May be considered with equivalent years of work experience.
  • 8+ years of experience in production environment.
  • Experience in a supervisory or managerial role is often preferred.
  • High level speaking, reading, writing proficiency.
  • Proficient knowledge of Windows Operating Systems, advanced Excel skills
  • Detail oriented with ability to maintain records and communication using email, spreadsheets.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work in standard office settings, including continuous sitting, standing, keyboarding.
  • Ability to work as business needs require, which may include long days, occasional evenings and weekends, and occasional travel for business meetings or training.
