Supervising Attorney - Personal Injury Pre-LitigationAs our Supervising Attorney in our Personal Injury Pre-Litigation department, you will have the opportunity to lead a team of attorneys and case managers in the fight to earn the largest wrongful death, TBI, catastrophic injury, and major orthopedic settlements achievable.
Accountable for- Manage a significant caseload and a team of Case Managers.
- Provide informative and compassionate client service.
- Collaborate with multiple departments, including Property Damage, Case Management, Demands/Negotiation, and Liens.
- Communicate daily with clients regarding legal strategy and treatment plans.
- Analyze fact patterns to help clear coverage and establish liability.
Qualifications- Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar.
- At least 2 years of experience in Personal Injury law.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to supervise and provide guidance and counsel.
- Experience settling cases in the pre-litigation stage.
- Spanish fluency is a plus.
Compensation- $160,000 - $240,000 depending on experience plus performance-based incentives
