The opportunityThe Supervising Associate is responsible for leading the successful delivery and continuous improvement of learning programs across a complex portfolio of stakeholders, priorities, and workstreams. This role plans, coordinates, and advances learning initiatives that align with business objectives, deliver measurable results, and create impactful learner experiences.
Acting as both a program leader and trusted advisor, the Supervising Associate translates evolving business needs into structured, scalable, and outcome-focused learning solutions. The role requires strong judgment, stakeholder management, and execution excellence, while driving consistency, efficiency, and continuous improvement across the learning portfolio through the use of frameworks, data-driven insights, and best practices.
This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing complexity. You know how to keep work moving across multiple stakeholders, communicate clearly with leaders, and bring sound judgment to ambiguous situations. Key Responsibilities- Lead and support the planning, deployment, delivery, and ongoing management of learning programs and curricula aligned to business priorities.
- Own outcomes across workstreams, timelines, and contributors, while proactively identifying risks, dependencies, and trade-offs.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business and with external vendors to support effective delivery and implementation.
- Lead meetings and working sessions with confidence and structure and communicate updates in a way that supports alignment and decision-making.
- Support learning operations, including administration, coordination, compliance, reporting, and learner experience activities.
- Use data and insights to evaluate program effectiveness, identify opportunities for improvement, and recommend actions.
- Design and deploy impactful learning solutions using adult learning principles and best practices, with a focus on business relevance and program effectiveness.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by helping scale better ways of working, increasing consistency, and supporting strong delivery across the team.
- Work effectively across time zones and distributed teams, ensuring smooth handoffs, strong communication, and clarity on ownership and next steps.
Knowledge and Skills Requirements- Strong program and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet demanding timelines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to tailor communication for different audiences and senior stakeholders.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and confidence working across teams, functions, and geographies.
- Sound judgment, problem-solving ability, and comfort navigating ambiguity and competing priorities.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proactive, self-starting mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in learning systems and digital collaboration tools, preferably SuccessFactors, Miro, and Microsoft 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint).
- Leverage AI-powered tools and technologies to improve team productivity and streamline processes.
- Demonstrated proficiency using AI-powered productivity tools such as Microsoft Copilot, or similar technologies to improve effectiveness and ways of working.
Qualifications- 4+ years of experience in Learning & Development program management including end-to-end delivery of virtual and in-person programs
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design best practices
- Experience coordinating and delivering virtual and in-person learning programs.
- Experience working with learning management systems, preferably SuccessFactors.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with Microsoft Teams, Zoom, SharePoint, and other digital collaboration tools.
- Proven ability to analyze learning data and translate insights into actionable improvements
- Experience working with external vendors, subject matter experts, and managing program logistics.
- Knowledge of continuing education requirements, compliance processes, or regulated learning environments is an asset.
- Bilingualism in English and French is considered an asset.

EY reports salary ranges in accordance with applicable provincial pay transparency legislation. Individual salaries within the anticipated salary ranges noted below are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to internal equity, education, relevant experience, knowledge, and applicable skill sets.
- Toronto/London/Ottawa/Waterloo: $77,200 to $115,800
- Vancouver/Victoria: $77,200 to $115,800
- Dieppe: $69,600 to $104,400
