You are a proven leader who:

  • Hasa successful track record managingconstruction ground up and/orrenovation, TI projectsfrom start to finish.
  • Excels in occupied environments (multifamily, senior living, retail, orhospitality), minimizing disruptions while maintaining professionalism.
  • Bringsexpertise in scheduling, resource management, andon-site supervision.
  • Thrivesunder pressure and makes sound, strategic decisions.
  • Maintainshigh standards for safety, quality, and client communication.
  • Strongexperience with CSI divisions.
  • Leadswith collaboration, integrity, and accountability.

Key Responsibilities

Project & Schedule Management

Administrative & Financial Oversight

  • Managedocumentation, including invoices, change orders, RFIs, and daily reports.
  • Trackand report on budgets, schedules, and project progress.

Leadership & Team Development

  • Mentorfield teams, promoting a culture of safety, collaboration, andcontinuous improvement.
  • Conductregular training and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Superintendent or similar leadership role.
