Superintendent II (All Markets) - Operations, Field
Location: Atlanta, GA.
Level: Mid-SeniorAbout the RoleThe Superintendent II leadsfield operations on projects across Winter's hospitality, municipal,government, multifamily, and industrial markets, planning, supervising, andexecuting construction to ensure a safe, orderly, and efficient jobsite. As anexperienced field leader, this role takes on larger, more complex projects,mentors field staff, and helps Winter win new work.
Responsibilities- Plan, supervise, and execute all field operations, maintaining a safe, clean, and efficient jobsite
- Lead schedule development and near-term planning with subcontractors, proactively resolving risks to keep milestones on track
- Direct subcontractor coordination and quality control, including inspections, water management, and a continuous punch process
- Lead, train, and develop Assistant Superintendents, Field Representatives, and field staff
- Manage field budgets and subcontractor pay applications, and support preconstruction, buyout, and pursuits of new work
Qualifications- 3-5+ years of superintendent experience with a commercial general contractor, including supervising field staff
- Experience leading ground-up and renovation projects of 20M+ in one or more of the following markets: hospitality, municipal, government, multifamily, or industrial
- Strong knowledge of construction scheduling, quality control, and subcontractor coordination
- OSHA 30 certification
- Based in Metro Atlanta or willing to relocate
