We are seeking an experienced
Superintendent with a strong background in
healthcare construction to oversee projects ranging from
$2M to $10M in the
Tampa area. The ideal candidate has expertise in
AHCA-regulated projects and ensures quality, safety, and schedule adherence.
Responsibilities:- Oversee daily site operations, ensuring compliance with AHCA and healthcare regulations.
- Manage subcontractors, schedules, and budgets to deliver high-quality results.
- Maintain strict safety and infection control standards in active healthcare environments.
- Coordinate with owners, architects, and project teams for seamless execution.
- Ensure project completion on time and within budget.
Qualifications:- 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in healthcare construction.
- Strong knowledge of AHCA requirements (preferred).
- Proven ability to manage complex renovations and ground-up projects.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
