Qualifications

• 10 years' experience as a Superintendent on large-scale projects valued between $100M and $1B
• Degree in Engineering or Construction Management preferred, or equivalent experience
• Deep understanding of heavy civil construction practices
• Proven leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Experience in areas such as Bridge, DOT, and Utility projects
• Must include project history with resume submission

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and ensure site safety
• Manage union labor, equipment, and subcontractors effectively
• Serve as the primary liaison for clients, public, and onsite personnel
• Plan projects, including scheduling, resource allocation, and safety protocols
• Ensure timely communication of critical project information to team members
• Adhere to schedules and budgets for successful project completion
• Interpret and implement construction plans and specifications
• Prepare weekly project look-ahead plans and job documentation
• Complete daily reports on labor, equipment usage, and progress
• Guarantee work quality aligns with QA/QC standards
