Will be responsible for estimating, cost control,
forecasting and scheduling multiple projects through final project completion. The PM will be the Owner's point of contact and will coordinate the job team to meet all project goals.
This role will perform a variety of engineering duties by applying engineering techniques and analyses. The Senior Engineer will perform engineering duties in planning, designing, and organizing construction projects.
This role will be responsible for the overall project management, supervision, coordination, and successful completion of the project in accordance with client requirements, organizational policies or procedures, contract specifications, and time and cost specifications. This role will demonstrate a complete understanding of the business operation.
Drafting project correspondence to be sent to the Owner, key subcontractors and critical third parties. Gather the necessary technical or commercial data necessary for the specific piece of correspondence in question. Seek input, review and approval from the Project Manager.
Must have knowledge of Construction Job Cost and General Ledger Software Accounting Systems of the Company. Proficient in computer software systems for the preparation of reports, spreadsheets and other accounting analysis that may be required by management.
The Estimator is responsible for the accurate and timely preparation of estimates for jobs to be bid, including preparation and supervision of take offs and coordination or supervisions of other estimators and engineers.
Develop environmental strategies that ensure compliance with Federal, state, and local regulatory requirements. Including the development and implementation of Environmental Protection or Compliance Plans.
supervise the preparation of various reports as well as analyzing them to accurately reflect the current situation of the project. The reports include but are not limited to monthly cost reports, weekly reports, LDR, Payroll, time cards and weekly quantities.
The Chief Estimator is responsible for the accurate and timely preparation of estimates for jobs to be bid, and should have extensive knowledge of construction means and methods, costs and engineering and industry principles.
