Manage the proposal development process, including, scheduling, editing, writing, and developing content and production of final proposal package; maintaining relationships with numerous design engineering and other large civil construction partner companies.
The Senior Estimator shall organize and supervise a team of several members (Estimators, Engineers, Take-offs,�) and shall perform pricing, and bidding of construction projects. The Senior Estimator shall have extensive knowledge of construction means and methods, costs and engineering principles.
Review quotations utilizing supplier information, cost standards, technical information from quality, manufacturing, engineering, and design; create bill of materials, referencing to project drawings and specifications.

Maintain all projects operating, payroll and money market accounts including deposits, disbursements and balancing; monitor daily cash balances in operating, payroll and money market bank accounts to cover obligations and maximize interest earnings.
Manage all field operations and work sequence. Coordinate with professional staff responsible for project construction; direct and coordinate activities of project personnel to ensure project progresses on schedule and within prescribed budget.
Identify opportunities to: engage the local community, businesses and workforce; help develop the construction workforce; and facilitate the entry of veterans into the building and construction trades.
Serve as company interface between Owner - Architect/Engineer -DUSA Team and is responsible for developing leadership, motivation, and communication with owners, subcontractors and project team and is accountable for their actions.
Reviews and assesses market data with VP Estimating and business development team to accurately prepare bids for proposals; works closely with management and legal teams to review local and federal regulations to ensure all are covered for proposals.
Create and maintain network data flow diagrams outlining ports and protocols in use and their flow between servers and zones; ensure proper labeling of network cables and ports in the server room and office spaces and be responsible for the collection and review of switch logs looking for anomalies.
Assists project manager with conducting property inspections, completing environmental and engineer reports, attaining all necessary permits and establishing building budgets in accordance with the lender's loan documents.
The Professional Wet/Dry Utilities Superintendent is responsible for providing field supervision over crews involved in the installation, maintenance, and repair of underground distribution and service lines, meters, metering equipment, and related equipment.
Develop environmental strategies that ensure compliance with Federal and local legislative requirements; reporting on environmental performance to internal and external clients along with regulatory agencies.
Coordinate with the Project Manager(s) on a monthly or quarterly basis to prepare updated cost estimates to complete actual and projected revenue, profit, billings and collections, and to accurately charge and code invoices to proper Job Cost and General Ledger.
Assures that the construction work is performed and completed in accordance with the Contract Documents; assists in the preparation of punch-list and outstanding work items related to Substantial and Final Completion of the work.
