As a Summer MBA Marketing Intern, you will be assigned a project focused on a real business challenge. Projects are designed to stretch your analytical and strategic thinking. Throughout the summer you will develop and strengthen key managerial competencies with support from a dedicated Project Lead and Mentor.
BRAND ANALYTICS & INSIGHT GENERATION
Dive into brand, industry, and consumer data toidentifybusiness issues and opportunities. Apply multiple data sources including syndicated tools such asCircana/IRI, Numerator, and YouGov to uncover actionable insights and develop evidence-backed strategic recommendations.
BRAND PROJECT OWNERSHIP
Own and drive your individual summer brand project end-to-end, frominitialscoping through final presentation to senior leaders. Work collaboratively with your Project Lead and cross-functional partners to shape your approach, build your story, and develop a fully formed strategic recommendation. Projects span areas such as brand strategy, innovation, digital shelf, consumer insights, and go-to-market planning.
CONSUMER UNDERSTANDING
Develop your understanding of the consumer who they are, what they need, and how our brands can serve them better. Translate consumer insights into clear, actionable implications that inform your brand project recommendations. Begin building a working knowledge of brand equity fundamentals and what sets our brands apart in the marketplace.
BRAND STRATEGY SUPPORT
Contribute to brand planning conversations andassistin developing materials that bring your recommendations to life including analyses, presentations, and strategic frameworks. Gain exposure to annual brand planning, budgeting processes, and cross-functional brand alignment under the guidance of your Project Lead.
CROSS-FUNCTIONAL COLLABORATION
Engage with colleagues across Marketing, Consumer Insights, Finance, Innovation, Sales, and Operations to gather input and build a well-rounded business perspective. We challenge each intern to schedule at least five coffee chats with marketers outside of their day-to-day team over the course of the summer.
FINAL PRESENTATION
Deliver a 25 60minute strategic presentation to senior Marketing leadership covering your key insights, strategic approaches, recommendations, and implementation considerations. Q&A follows. This is your moment toshowcaseyour thinking and the impact of your work.

- Hybrid work model based out of Frisco, Texas (Beverage Company Operating Unit HQ)
ONBOARDING & ONGOING SUPPORT
We onboard interns as if they were full-time new hires and pair every intern with a dedicated support team:
- Marketing Capabilities Teamleads overall program onboarding, training, and intern success
- Project Lead Brand Manager+ who coaches daily, provides real-time feedback, and guides the brand project
- Mentor Supports cultural integration, soft-skill development, and performance review preparation
- Data Buddy A dedicated resource for navigating Circana/IRI and other data platforms
- Former Intern Provides peer guidance and support drawn from their own internship experience
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a two-year, full-time MBA program; must be between your 1st and 2nd year (expected graduation the year following the internship)
- 3 6 years of full-time, post-undergraduate professional experience
- Strong analytical aptitude able to work with data and translate findings into stories and strategic action
- Proficiencyin Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment
- Marketing concentration is notrequiredbut is a plus
- CPG, beverage, or brand marketing experience is a plus
- Experience with syndicated marketing research databases (e.g.,Circana/IRI, Numerator, YouGov, Mintel) is a plus
