Subcontract Management Sr for the
Subcontract Management Team. Our team is responsible for managing supplier cost, schedule and technical performance on moderate-to-high-risk subcontracts.
What You Will Be DoingAs the Subcontract Management Sr you will be responsible for leading high-impact subcontract initiatives across commercial, DOD and international programs.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Manage supplier cost, schedule, and technical performance on moderate-to-high-risk subcontracts.
- Lead multifunctional subcontract management teams and exercise procurement delegation authority.
- Develop subcontract specifications, work statements, and terms for specialized materials and services.
- Prepare bid packages, conduct bidders' conferences, and evaluate proposals.
- Negotiate subcontract provisions, award contracts, and administer change activity.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a Secret clearance.
Basic Qualifications- Must have the ability to obtain a Secret security clearance
- Proficient computer skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Detail and teamwork oriented with demonstrated organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation)
- Demonstrated problem solving skills, business acumen and ability to make business based decisions
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Desired Skills- Experience managing complex subcontracts
- Knowledge of acquisition policies and procedures such as FAR / DFAR / LMAP / and MFC Work Instructions
- Working knowledge of standard contract types
- Experience with the procurement of specialized materials, complex assemblies, and equipment within Defense industry
- Experience with LM S/4Hana
Pay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $72500.00 - $134600.00

Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
