The RoleZ SUPPLY is hiring its first-ever Style Director - a newly created role that reflects where the brand is going, not just where it's been. This is not a shoot stylist. This is a brand architect.
This role will own the visual and stylistic identity of Z SUPPLY across every touchpoint: campaigns, e-commerce, social, wholesale, editorial, events, and product. They will work at the intersection of brand storytelling, product design, and content - ensuring that everything Z SUPPLY puts into the world looks, feels, and moves as one coherent brand.
This role works in close partnership with the Creative, Design, Merchandising, and Marketing. This role requires a style visionary and an executor - setting the direction and ensuring its execution[1] .
What You'll OwnBrand Style Identity & Direction- Establish a clear, ownable styling POV that distinguishes the brand from its peers in the casual lifestyle space.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive Brand Style Guide that governs how Z SUPPLY product looks across all channels: styling, color, texture, silhouette, composition, and overall visual world.
- Ensure that customers experience a cohesive Z SUPPLY brand - from the way the product is designed and styled to how it appears online, in boutiques, at events, and across marketing channels.
- Partner with Design and Creative/Marketing to translate seasonal design direction into a cohesive visual brand point of view - from mood boards and concept development through to final execution.
- Identify emerging trends, cultural shifts, and competitor movements synthesizing them into actionable direction that keeps Z SUPPLY relevant
- Drive operational excellence through effective planning, prioritization, and execution across multiple concurrent campaigns, shoots, launches, and channel needs while meeting critical deadlines.
Product Obsession & Creative Development- Be the brand's most obsessive product eye - deeply understanding each season's line - from fit, fabrication, and design intent of every piece - translating that into styling choices that serve both brand definition and sell-through.
- Partner with Merchandising, Design, and Marketing to identify both product gaps and product priorities and hero categories - informed by trend, category definition, past performance - anchoring seasonal storytelling, integrated campaigns, and monthly go-to-market planning.
- Partner with Product and Merchandising throughout the seasonal design process to bring styling and consumer perspective to silhouette, color palette, fabrication, and assortment decisions.
- Contribute to how product is photographed, styled, and presented - from wholesale to e-commerce - to tell a compelling story. Champion the idea that how a product is styled is inseparable from how it sells.
- Attend key product reviews and stay aligned with Design and Merchandising on seasonal readiness, product flow, and sample availability - ensuring creative timing alignment each season
- Identify opportunities to redefine how core and hero products are presented; elevating basics and essentials through styling choices that feel fresh and intentional, not generic.
Campaign, E-Commerce & Content Execution- Lead styling for all brand campaigns, e-commerce photography, and social content - from pre-production (pre-styles, mood development) through on-set execution and post-production review, managing looks and outfit composition on-set with photographers and creative teams.
- Oversee styling for all social content creation, ensuring that TikTok, Instagram, influencer, talent briefs + content reflect the same aesthetic sensibility
- Manage external freelance stylists, wardrobe assistants as needed (in partnership with Production)
- Review and approve all creative output for styling consistency before publication - serving as the final eye on visual assets that carry the brand.
- Manage and continuously develop the brand's prop and styling archive - fabrics, textures, objects, and styling elements that reflect Z SUPPLY's visual world.
- Ensure key category + product investments, and major launches are prominently represented across seasonal campaigns, e-commerce, paid media, wholesale, and customer-facing experiences.
- Partner with Marketing and E-commerce to constantly evaluate campaign, content, and product-storytelling performance / resonance to refine future styling direction
Wholesale & Retail Visual Presentation- Partner with the Creative Director, Wholesale to develop styling standards and selling tools - lookbooks, merch lineups, linesheets, trade show presentations, SMU assets, and in-store/boutique guidelines - ensure Z SUPPLY's visual world extends cohesively into wholesale and retail.
- As needed, contribute to trade show booth design and execution, ensuring the physical presentation of Z Supply reflects the same craft and intention
- Contribute to visual POV for Wholesale events inclusive of recommending brand elements and decor
- As needed, attend tentpole Trade Shows to support sales team
Brand: PR, Influencer, Events - Partner with PR + Influencer to develop a monthly lookbooks for gifting and pitching highlighting key products and Z SUPPLY trends
- Collaborate with the Influencer Marketing and Social to ensure creator partnership briefs authentically align to the Z SUPPLY brand while aligning to key product priorities / investments
What You'll BringExperience & Expertise- 8-10 years of styling experience in fashion, with a portfolio that demonstrates consistent, evolved aesthetic vision across multiple brands or seasons - not just beautiful individual images.
- Deep familiarity with the women's lifestyle, casual, and contemporary fashion market - understanding of the Z SUPPLY
- Proven experience leading styling across multiple content types simultaneously: campaign, e-commerce, social, and wholesale.
- Experience collaborating with product and merchandising teams on design development
- Track record of building and evolving a brand's visual identity, not just executing someone else's direction.
- Experience managing freelance talent and external creative partners; confident giving direction while maintaining collaborative relationships.
- Familiarity with social-first content aesthetics and how styling must adapt across formats and channels without abandoning brand integrity.

Compensation & BenefitsSalary Range: $160,000 - $175,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
