Structural Project Engineer

What You'll Be Doing

As a Structural Project Engineer, you'll play a key role in the design and execution of structural engineering projects, preparing construction documents, developing structural solutions, coordinating with project teams, and supporting successful project delivery.

You'll have opportunities to lead portions of projects, strengthen client relationships, mentor junior engineers, and continue developing the technical and leadership capabilities that support long-term career growth.

What We're Looking For
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering (Master's preferred)
• Three to eight years of structural design experience
• Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification required
• Professional Engineer (P.E.) license preferred or ability to obtain within 12 months
• Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Compensation and Benefits
• Base salary of $95,000 to $120,000, depending on experience and qualifications
• Additional compensation for hours worked beyond 40 per week, paid quarterly
