Your Role

As a Project Engineer in our Structural Practice, you'll take on a key technical and coordination role, owning complex design challenges, guiding junior engineers, and shaping the delivery of innovative structural solutions. You'll work across disciplines, contribute to project management, and begin stepping into more client-facing opportunities. What You'll Do

  • Lead and refine structural analysis, design, and detailing tasks, adapting technical skills and solving project challenges with strong engineering judgment.
  • Drive the quality of deliverables by organizing information clearly, reviewing junior staff's work, and tailoring outputs to project scope and contractor needs.
  • Coordinate proactively with architects and engineers, taking increased responsibility for day-to-day technical decisions.
  • Support and mentor junior team members through effective delegation and feedback, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team culture.
  • Grow your leadership skills by assisting with project management activities, contributing to proposals, and engaging in client-facing opportunities.


What You'll Bring

Compensation
The rate for this position generally is $92,000 - $120,000 annually. This range is a good faith estimate provided pursuant to the California Pay Transparency Law. It is based on what a successful California applicant might be paid and assumes that the successful candidate will be in California or perform the position from California. Similar positions located outside of California will not necessarily receive the same compensation. Actual pay rates may vary from the range, as permitted by California Equal Pay Transparency Law. Compensation offers will be based on various factors, including operational needs, individual education, qualifications and experience, work location and comparison to employee already in the role, as well as other considerations permitted by law. A potential new employee's pay history will not be used in compensation decisions.
