Position OverviewAs a Strategy & Planning Specialist Senior within PNC's Technology organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA or Strongsville, OH.

The DnA AI team helps advance enterprise AI and GenAI capabilities by translating business needs into actionable strategy, supporting use case intake and governance, driving cross-functional execution, and measuring business value.
This role partners with business, technology, risk, and data teams to identify high-impact AI opportunities, develop business cases and roadmaps, define requirements, track delivery progress, and support responsible AI adoption across the organization.
Key responsibilities include analyzing business problems and AI opportunities
• Supporting use case intake, prioritization, documentation, and approval processes
• Coordinates with stakeholders to align priorities and remove blockers
• Helps defines success metrics and tracking adoption, efficiency, risk, and value outcomes
• Prepares executive-ready updates and recommendations
• Supports change management for AI-enabled capabilities.
The ideal candidate brings experience in strategy, business analysis, product or program operations, data and analytics, technology transformation, or AI/GenAI initiatives, with the ability to communicate complex topics clearly and operate effectively across business, technology, and risk partners.

Pay TransparencyBase Salary: $75,000.00 - $125,000.00
Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
