Compensation: $110K-$160K+ base (commensurate with experience), plus equity (0.15%-0.30%) The Opportunity
This is a hybrid role, roughly half client-facing consulting and half product management. About 30% of your time is client-facing: managing a handful of enterprise accounts, onboarding them, running the customization process, and driving real results. The remaining time is spent acting as a product manager, building the product roadmap based on client needs and prototyping new products and agents to help the company scale faster, including spinning up production prototypes to hand off to engineering.
You will report directly to the founder. The pace is intense, the work is hands-on, and there is no fixed ceiling on what you can grow into. Responsibilities

Requirements
At least one full year of relevant experience
Client-facing experience preferred
Background in junior banking, junior consulting, or startup strategy and operations
Sharp, analytical, and genuinely interested in the AI search space
AI-enabled and comfortable working with modern tooling
Comfortable working in-office 5 days per week at a high intensity
