Strategy Director
Why this job's a big deal:
Priceline has strong fundamentals and a clear strategic ambition to be America's definitive travel deals brand. In today's travel environment, we have both the moment and the platform to lead. Getting there requires the analytical rigor, structural clarity, and narrative precision to translate our ambition into a plan the whole organization can execute against.
Reporting to the SVP of Strategy & Brand Marketing, this role serves as the analytical and strategic backbone of how Priceline sets direction, measures progress, and communicates its vision across the organization and Booking Holdings.
Priceline has a strong strategic foundation and a clear point of view on where we're headed. As we define our 2027 ambitions and beyond, sharpen the pillars that organize our priorities, and build the frameworks that guide how the company operates, this role will be instrumental in developing and synthesizing analytical inputs, defining opportunities, authoring strategic direction, and structuring the narratives that communicate that vision across the business. If you are energized by turning complex information into clear strategic choices and crafting the data-informed storylines that make them land, this is the role for you.
In this role, you will get to:
Shape the Corporate Strategy

Own the KPI Framework
• Define and maintain the corporate KPI structure that measures progress against strategic priorities, ensuring the right metrics are tracked, owned, and reported with rigor
Connect Corporate Strategy to Functional Plans
• Partner with leaders across Commercial, Product, Technology, Marketing, and other functions to translate corporate priorities into functional strategies, identify gaps, and drive cross-functional alignment
Drive Strategy Communication Deliverables
• Build executive-ready presentations, briefs, updates, and written materials for Leadership Team meetings, Extended Leadership Team sessions, CEO updates, quarterly business reviews, and company-wide forums
Contribute to Cross-Brand and Booking Holdings Efforts
• Support cross-brand strategy initiatives by developing analyses, recommendations, and deliverables that connect Priceline's priorities to broader Booking Holdings conversations and opportunities
Operationalize the Plan
• Help translate strategic priorities into action by mapping initiatives to owners, timelines, milestones, and success measures while building mechanisms to track and communicate progress
Who you are:
