The RoleYou'll report to the CEO and work day to day alongside our Strategy & Ops Lead. Most weeks you're doing the analysis behind a decision someone is about to make, running an outbound or campaign experiment, researching payers and prospects, or keeping the planning rhythm on track. Then there are the things that land on a Tuesday and need to ship by Friday, and you'll own plenty of those.
What You'll Own- The weekly metrics pack and the dashboards under it, plus the exhibits that go into board and investor reporting
- The mechanics of our operating cadence: OKR tracking, agendas and prep for leadership meetings, company updates, and making sure last week's commitments actually happened
- Execution on growth: prospect and target research, list building, outbound sequences, campaign setup, CRM hygiene, and the pipeline reporting that tells us whether any of it worked
- Research and legwork behind payer outreach and our medical advisory board, from sourcing and first-touch through scheduling and materials
- The analysis behind real decisions: clinic ramp and retention, funnel conversion, unit economics, pricing scenarios
Example Projects- Get us to one version of visits, revenue, and clinic performance that nobody argues about, then turn it into the weekly pack the leadership team runs on
- Run an outbound experiment start to finish: build the target list, write the sequences, launch it, and come back with what actually converted and what you'd do next
- Build the payer research file. Who covers TMS and Spravato in our markets, at what rates, and what it would take to get in front of them, then get the first meetings on the calendar
- Take a process that only works because someone remembers to run it, like clinic onboarding or the credentialing tracker, and rebuild it so it runs without them
About You- 3-5 years of full-time experience, including at least one stretch somewhere fast and demanding (startup ops or strategy, consulting, banking, private equity, growth or BizOps)
- Good with numbers. Messy data in, clean analysis out, explained without a walkthrough.
- Precise, and you close loops without being chased
- Writes clearly enough to put a recommendation in front of the CEO and have it hold up
- Fine working before the process exists, and inclined to write the process down afterward
- Fluent in the modern AI stack (you know the difference between an MCP and a Claude Skill, or you can show us what you've built with something else)
- Ownership mentality and a real sense of urgency
- Curious about digital health, and interested in where interventional psychiatry is heading
- Thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance culture
- Excited to work in a hybrid work environment in the NYC area (3+ days in-person required)
Preferred- Digital healthcare startup experience
- Exposure to sales, marketing, or revenue operations
- Builds comfortably in modern tooling (Airtable, Notion, CRM, BI, light scripting or AI tools)
