Full Job Description
What You'll Be Doing

As Chief of Staff, you'll be the CEO's right hand in scaling an early-stage startup-helping steer the company's direction and priorities, and shaping where we go next. You'll own key partnerships, coordinate across functional leads to keep the business moving in sync, and stand up new functions and projects wherever there's a gap. This is an open-ended, high-ownership role with wide-ranging decision-making responsibility and a real chance to shape how Passage operates as it grows.

What Success Looks Like
  • Build and scale processes: Lead and build scalable processes, systems, and tooling across the business, such as go-to-market and customer functions
  • Own strategic partnerships: Manage and grow key relationships across the autism care ecosystem, from evaluation through execution
  • Special projects lead: Own and manage cross-functional, high-priority initiatives and business projects end to end
  • Support strategic finance: Partner with the CEO on board materials, investor reporting, and fundraising strategy and execution

What You'll Bring
  • 5+ years in management consulting, investment banking, business operations, high-growth startups, or similar relevant experience
  • Ownership mindset: You take initiative in ambiguous settings, work independently to drive progress, and are proactive and resourceful in identifying and solving problems
  • Excellent communication: Outstanding written and verbal skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively
  • Project management: Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Judgment and integrity: Strong decision-making with a focus on integrity and long-term success

Why Passage Health?
  • Outsized impact-as an early employee, your work will shape both the company and our users' experience.
  • Meaningful work using your skills to help children with autism.
  • A fast-paced environment full of substantive challenges.
  • Competitive salary and equity.
  • Healthcare, dental, and vision benefits.
