Experience and Education

Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or public health, six (6) years experience with project consulting and matrixed management responsibilities in complex organizations. Master\'s degree preferred.

Job Duties

  • Directs and manages employees on any type of planning project (i.e. strategic, new targeted business, JV, etc).
  • Develops and manages work plans to meet target dates and deliverables.
  • Supervises and trains employees in accessing, mapping, and cleansing of market, clinical and financial data from various, and often disparate, data sources (hospital systems, IDX for Faculty Practice, departmental systems, etc).
  • Guides and supports Clinical Service Line leaders and Faculty Practice leaders in the evaluation of market opportunities and development of strategies for growing profitable volume, as identified in the overall Health System strategic plan.
  • Remains up to date on current health care business, trends, and issues in order to provide innovative solutions to all campus teams and their internal consulting projects.
  • Analyzes and utilizes third party databases to support analyses (demographics, THCIC, MGMA, etc).
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
