Job Description:Responsibilities:- Serve as a trusted strategic partner to clients, building strong relationships through a deep understanding of their business and customer experience challenges
- Develop strategies that integrate messaging, channels, content, and touchpoints into cohesive engagement ecosystems
- Translate consumer insights, data, and research into actionable experience, engagement, and communication strategies
- Collaborate closely with creative, account, and analytics teams to ensure experiences are insight-driven, feasible, and inspiring
- Develop strategic POVs around customer behavior, engagement innovation, and experience design
- Lead the development of briefs, frameworks, and strategic deliverables
- Facilitate internal brainstorms and client workshops focused on engagement, journeys, and experience optimization
- Support new business efforts and pitches
- Partner with clients & analytics partners in research initiatives, using findings to inform experience and engagement strategies
Requirements:- Experience connecting insight to action-turning complexity into clear strategic direction
- Strong storytelling and presentation skills, with the ability to bring experience strategies to life
- Comfortable collaborating across disciplines and leading with influence rather than authority
- Confident communicator with presence, clarity, and the ability to build trust with clients and teams
- Interest in strategy as it applies to technology-based work, CRM/loyalty-based work, B2B work, government / government-adjacent focused work, retail work
- Ability to flex and balance workstreams across multiple clients and projects
$125,000 - $150,000
Omnicom's policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager. Our objective is to increase this requirement over time, and many of our agencies as well as Omnicom's corporate group already require five days of in-office attendance.
