You9ll partner directly with the Director of Strategic Operations to turn data into decisions and decisions into results, helping Steno scale smarter as we change how attorneys handle depositions.
On a regular basis you will- Dive into operational data to uncover insights, investigate trends, and answer the business9s most critical questions
- Own insight generation and follow-up across the organization, making sure analysis turns into action
- Build and maintain dashboards that tell a clear, meaningful story about operational performance
- Lead complex operational projects from conception through completion, with clear timelines, deliverables, and accountability
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives spanning multiple departments and stakeholders
- Turn analytical findings into structured improvement projects with defined outcomes
- Design and roll out process improvements and new workflows
- Facilitate meetings, workshops, and strategic planning sessions
- Present findings and project updates to stakeholders at all levels
- Anticipate business needs with proactive analysis and project planning, partnering with the Director of Strategic Operations on multiple initiatives at once
You9re gonna crush it if- You have 3-5 years of experience combining analytics and project management, ideally at a high-growth startup, bank, or consulting firm
- You have advanced skills in data manipulation and visualization using tools like Excel, Looker, and Tableau
- You9re proficient in SQL and familiar with modern BI tools such as Looker
- You have a proven track record leading cross-functional initiatives and managing multiple stakeholders
- You9re highly organized and can juggle competing priorities and complex timelines
- You9re endlessly curious and follow through analytically, using data and logic to explore solutions
- You communicate clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
- You9re a self-starter who meets deadlines and spots opportunities with limited oversight
- You thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments and are comfortable with ambiguity and rapid change
- Bonus: experience with Snowflake, dbt, and Fivetran; Python or R; machine learning concepts; legal tech or professional services; or working with operational teams in complex service-based businesses
Compensation & Benefits- Salary - $90,000-$120,000/year
