Strategic Content Enhancement Specialist
The Opportunity:

Produce graphic designs using a variety of techniques and software such as slides, presentations, infographics, and visuals, for Department of War senior leadership. Create an organizational brand, through templates, color schemes, and visuals, to bring consistency and professionalism to organization deliverables. Review and edit deliverables for accuracy, grammar, and alignment with the organization's vision and brand. Operate with substantial latitude for unreviewed action or decision, and mentor or supervise employees in both company and technical competencies. This position is located in Arlington, VA.

You Have:

• 10+ years of experience working in a professional environment
• Experience with graphic design and technical editing
• Experience leveraging AI to develop and refine graphics and text-based documents
• Experience using Adobe graphics products such as Adobe Illustrator
• TS/SCI clearance
• Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:

• Experience working in the Department of War
• Experience support Department of War senior leadership
• Experience developing organizational brands

Compensation

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
