Responsibilities:

  • Synchronize strategic communication efforts across Public Affairs, Information Operations (IO), Operations in the Information Environment (OIE), PSYOP, Key Leader Engagements (KLEs), media operations, and partner activities to ensure unified messaging and effects.

  • Develop communication integration plans that align narratives, themes, messages, and engagement activities with campaign objectives, commander priorities, and operational goals.

  • Coordinate with operational planners, communicators, intelligence analysts, and mission partners to integrate communication considerations into planning, execution, and assessment processes.

  • Monitor the information environment to identify emerging narratives, audience perceptions, communication risks, and opportunities that may impact mission success.

  • Develop and maintain communication synchronization matrices, message frameworks, narrative plans, and communication support products that ensure consistency across activities and organizations.

  • Advise senior leaders on communication strategies, audience engagement approaches, messaging priorities, and information environment dynamics affecting operational outcomes.

  • Assess the effectiveness of communication activities through audience analysis, media monitoring, engagement metrics, and operational assessments to refine communication efforts.

  • Coordinate whole-of-government, partner nation, commercial, and stakeholder communication activities to maximize reach, credibility, and operational effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 3+, 5+, or 7+ years of experience supporting Strategic Communications, Information Operations (IO), Public Affairs, Operations in the Information Environment (OIE), strategic planning, or related mission areas.

  • Demonstrated experience developing and synchronizing communication strategies, narrative frameworks, messaging plans, and stakeholder engagement activities across multiple organizations.

  • Experience integrating communication activities with operational planning, intelligence support, influence activities, or campaign execution efforts.

  • Proven ability to advise senior leaders, coordinate diverse stakeholders, and develop executive-level communication products supporting strategic objectives.

Desired:

  • Master’s degree in Strategic Communications, International Relations, National Security Studies, Political Science, Public Policy, or a related field.

  • Experience supporting Combatant Commands, Joint Task Forces, Special Operations Forces (SOF), interagency organizations, or strategic competition initiatives.

  • Demonstrated experience integrating Public Affairs, Information Operations, influence activities, media operations, and engagement efforts to achieve unified communication and operational effects.

This position is contingent on funding and may not be filled immediately. However, this position is representative of positions within CACI that are consistently available. Individuals who apply may also be considered for other positions at CACI.
