Job Description

We are looking to fill a future vacancy for a Storeroom Leader to join our team in Brantford, Ontario at our Greater Toronto Fulfillment Centre (GTFC). This is a Monday to Friday role and is 100% on-site.

The role of the Storeroom Leader is tomaintaincompliance and capability within the Storeroom operation so that it meets all the necessary requirements to provide the desired service level to the Maintenance organization. The storeroom leader:

  • Provides training, capability assessment, and guidance to the site Storeroom organization.

  • Ensures that there is Storeroom compliance with both internal and external driven requirements (SAFE, CSA, co-employment, KPI, inventory optimization & any locally defined targets costs or other).

  • Is responsible for ensuring that the daily Storeroom material needs of the Storeroom and the service to the Maintenance planning organizationisoptimized.

  • Maintains a reliable and stable Storeroom supply chain service level by understanding, tracking, and acting upon MRP exception messages daily.

  • Owns and manages thesparesrepair (refurbishment) process for both internal and external repairs / expense and capital Storeroom materials.

  • Creates Stock Transport Orders to fulfill plant to plant needs.

  • Manages and owns the Affiliate Sales process (where necessary) to allow transfer of Storeroom materials whereStockTransport Order process is notfeasibleto transport the stock due to legal and financial requirements.

  • Owns & manages Trigger Database work process andmaintainmaterial master data integrity post completion in Trigger Database.

Job Responsibilities and Scope of Role:

  • Role model leadership and inclusion.

  • Coachshiftteam and support resources tocomply withestablished standards.

  • Open Receipt Reconciliation (SAP Receiving Errors, Alpha Doors, Receipt Verification, Past Due Receipts). Proactive problem solving.

  • Inventory Deliverable Scheduling and Reporting 6 direction setting as needed for Inventory team.

  • Review and convert planned orders (where STRM is employed) daily

  • Repairable materials are processed daily

  • Stock Transport Orders are created or fulfilledin a timely manner

  • Affiliate Sales are created or fulfilledin a timely manner(where applicable)

  • Bill of Lading (SAP and Non) are created properly for shipments

  • Trigger Database is processed daily.

  • MaterialMaster Data is correct& upto date.

  • Inventory glidepath and optimization efforts defined

  • Stocking Levels areoptimizedand reflect current businessneed.

  • GenerateGAP plans and drive resolution to outage (Reference: Scorecard, Global or E2E Storeroom Service).

  • Compliance of Service Level Agreement from Storeroom services to site, and contracted services to Storeroom operations (where applicable).

Le rle du Chef de l'Entrept est de maintenir la conformit et la capacit au sein de l'opration de l'entrept afin qu'elle rponde toutes les exigences ncessaires pour fournir le niveau de service souhait l'organisation de Maintenance. Le chef de l'entrept :

  • Fournit de la formation, une valuation des comptences et des conseils l'organisation du magasin du site.
  • S'assure que le magasin respecte la fois les exigences internes et externes (SAFE, CSA, co-emploi, KPI, optimisation des stocks et tous les objectifs dfinis localement cots ou autres).
  • Est responsable de s'assurer que les besoins quotidiens en matriaux du magasin et le service l'organisation de planification de la maintenance sont optimiss.
  • Maintient un niveau de service de la chane d'approvisionnement du magasin fiable et stable en comprenant, en suivant et en agissant quotidiennement sur les messages d'exception MRP.
  • Possde et gre le processus de rparation (remise neuf) des pices de rechange pour les rparations internes et externes / les matriaux du magasin cots de fonctionnement et d'immobilisation.
  • Cre9e des ordres de transport de stock pour rpondre aux besoins  usine usine .
  • Gre et possde le processus  Ventes affilies  (l o ncessaire) afin de permettre le transfert de matriaux d'entrept lorsque le processus d'ordre de transport de stock n'est pas ralisable pour transporter le stock en raison des exigences lgales et financires.
  • Possde et gre le processus de travail de la base de donnes Trigger et maintient l'intgrit des donnes de base des matriaux aprs l'achvement dans la base de donnes Trigger.

Responsabilits professionnelles et tendue du rle :

  • Leadership exemplaire et inclusion.
  • Travailler avec le gestionnaire et les techniciens de quart pour maintenir une organisation cohsive, ractive et flexible.
  • Encadrer l'quipe de quart et soutenir les ressources pour se conformer aux normes tablies.
  • Rapprochement des reus ouverts (erreurs de rception SAP, Alpha Doors, vrification des reus, reus en retard). Rsolution proactive des problmes.
  • Planification et rapport sur les livrables dinventaire 6 fixation des orientations selon les besoins pour l'quipe d'inventaire.
  • Rviser et convertir les commandes planifies (lorsque STRM est utilis) quotidiennement
  • Les matriaux rparables sont traits quotidiennement
  • Les ordres de transport de stock sont crs ou excuts en temps opportun
  • Les ventes aux affilis sont crs ou excuts en temps opportun (lorsque applicable)
  • Le connaissement (SAP et non SAP) est correctement cr pour les expditions
  • La base de donnes Trigger est traite9e quotidiennement.
  • Les donnes principales des matriaux sont correctes et jour.
  • Le plan de progression des stocks et les efforts d'optimisation sont dfinis.
  • Les niveaux de stock sont optimiss et refltent les besoins actuels de l'entreprise.
  • Gnrer des plans GAP et assurer la rsolution des interruptions (Rf9rence : Scorecard, Service mondial ou E2E de la rserve).
  • Conformit au niveau de service des accords depuis les services de rserve vers le site, et des services contractuels vers les oprations de rserve (le cas chant).
