About the role: Reporting to the Director, Credit Card Acquisition, the Senior Store Support Specialist will work actively on the growth and performance of one of Canada's largest retail credit card portfolios. In this role, you will act as a key partner to stores, district and regional stakeholders, helping drive compliant credit card acquisition, associate engagement, sales effectiveness and issue resolution across an assigned territory.
This is a high-impact role for someone who enjoys building relationships, influencing through data and insight, and supporting frontline teams in a fast-paced retail financial services environment.
Job responsibilities :
- Support effective, compliant and customer-focused credit card acquisitions through the point-of-sale channel.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stores, district and regional partners to drive mutually beneficial business outcomes.
- Act as a primary point of contact for assigned stores and territories, providing timely communication, training, coaching, support and issue resolution.
- Use sales performance data, territory insights and opportunity analysis to identify trends, risks and growth opportunities.
- Support the execution of broader sales channel strategies, campaigns, pilots and initiatives that grow new account acquisition and activation.
- Coordinate and support third-party or in-store sales resources where applicable, ensuring efforts are aligned to the highest-value opportunities.
- Reinforce compliance requirements, program standards and approved sales practices across the assigned territory.
- Participate in market, regional and champion calls as a subject matter expert on the program.
- Provide feedback from the field to sales channel leadership to help improve tools, training, communications and program execution.
- Develop and deliver training or coaching sessions, including in-person support where required.
What we're looking for:- University degree
- 3 to 5 years of experience in sales, retail financial services, sales support, field support, or training and coaching.
- Experience supporting sales performance in a retail, financial services, credit card, banking or partner-channel environment is an asset.
- Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to influence, coach and collaborate across multiple stakeholder groups.
- Clear verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages for store teams, field leaders and internal partners.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to review performance data, identify trends and translate insights into practical actions.
- Sound judgment and a strong commitment to compliance, responsible sales practices and customer-focused outcomes.
- Bilingualism in English and French needed.
- Knowledge of credit cards and retail financial services is considered an asset.
- Must have a driver's license
- Willingness to travel as required.

What you can expect - pay & process: - Expected base salary range is $90 000.00 - $105 000.00 per year, plus the opportunity to earn an annual incentive bonus tied to performance.
