We're looking for a motivated Store Manager to lead one of our busy automotive service centers. This role is responsible for sales, profitability, workflow, customer satisfaction, and team development.
Responsibilities- Lead daily store operations and sales performance
- Coach and develop Service Advisors and Technicians
- Manage workflow, repair orders, and customer communication
- Drive profitability, productivity, and customer satisfaction
- Control expenses, inventory, and shop standards
- Maintain a safe, clean, professional environment
Qualifications- Leadership or management experience
- Strong sales and customer service skills
- Excellent communication and team-building abilities
- Automotive industry experience preferred
