Full Job Description
As the SPD Manager, you will oversee a complex, 24/7 operation that supports surgical and clinical services throughout the organization. Working closely with Operating Room leadership, physicians, nursing leaders, and other clinical partners, you will ensure the consistent delivery of sterile instruments and equipment while advancing quality, efficiency, regulatory compliance, and employee development.

Required Qualifications:

Education:
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Master's degree in Nursing, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred.

Certifications:
  • Certified Registered Central Service Technician (CRCST) certification required at time of hire.
  • Current Vermont Registered Nurse license is a plus.

Experience
  • Minimum of five (5) years of progressive leadership experience required.
  • Healthcare and hospital leadership experience strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated success managing operations, quality initiatives, and team performance in a healthcare setting.
