This role addresses complex cross-functional challenges that span multiple business units, turning ambiguous problems into structured, executable initiatives. By owning executive narrative development and high-visibility strategic programs, this individual ensures organizational alignment and operational efficiency across C-suite priorities. Leveraging modern AI analytics tools optimizes workflow efficiency, enabling faster data synthesis and strategic execution in a fast-paced environment.
What Success Looks Like (Objectives):- Drive long-term strategic plans and track key departmental business objectives in alignment with Retail Wireless priorities
- Synthesize complex business metrics and financial data into compelling narratives for board-level presentations; owner of the Retail Wireless Board of Directors deck
- Manage a portfolio of high-visibility cross-functional projects to resolve process gaps and improve organizational execution
- Leverage AI productivity tools to accelerate data synthesis, report generation, and executive communications
- Facilitate executive-level governance by ensuring cross-functional alignment and timely progress against strategic milestones

Minimum Requirements:- Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum Experience: 7+ years of experience in strategic planning, business operations, program management, or management consulting
- Required Technical Skills: Must have at least 7 years of experience with:
- Advising and presenting to senior executives at the SVP level and above
- Executive presentation creation and strategic board material preparation
- Leading complex, multi-departmental initiatives

Salary RangesCompensation: $96,250.00/Year - $137,500.00/Year
