Responsibilities

  • Define and drive multi-quarter product strategy for Core surfaces that enhance engagement and monetization.
  • Own complex problem spaces requiring extensive cross-functional collaboration.
  • Partner with Engineering and Design to deliver scalable and intuitive user experiences.
  • Lead product discovery from concept to iteration, balancing user needs with architectural investments.
  • Utilize data and qualitative research to inform product decisions and improvements.
  • Drive clarity and alignment among stakeholders in ambiguous situations.
  • Influence technical direction alongside Engineering leadership to ensure scalability and ambition.
  • Mentor junior product managers through guidance and high standards of practice.

Full Job Description
Role Requirements:
  • Define and drive multi-quarter product strategy for critical Core surfaces and systems that power engagement, identity, communication, and monetization.
  • Own complex, high-impact problem spaces that span multiple teams and require deep cross-functional alignment.
  • Actively leverage AI tools and thinking across your workflow - from discovery and spec writing to data analysis and prototyping - and push the team to do the same.
  • Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Data, Ecosystem Health, Marketing, and Legal to deliver scalable, reliable, and intuitive user experiences.
  • Lead product discovery and execution from concept through launch and iteration, balancing immediate user needs with long-term architectural investments.
  • Use data, experimentation, and qualitative research to inform decisions, measure impact, and continuously improve the Core experience.
  • Drive clarity in ambiguous environments - aligning stakeholders around priorities, tradeoffs, and measurable outcomes.
  • Influence technical direction in partnership with Engineering leadership to ensure our platform scales with user growth and product ambition.
  • Mentor and elevate other product managers through thought partnership, feedback, and modeling high standards of craft.

  • 8+ years of product management experience, with significant ownership of complex, consumer-facing mobile or web platforms at scale.
  • Fluent in AI-assisted product development - you actively use AI tools in your day-to-day work and can distinguish meaningful AI applications from hype. You think critically about where AI creates real product value in consumer experiences.
